About Us
In 2011 Penda Aiken (Penda Aiken, Inc. President) and a group of concerned community stakeholders leveraged their extensive field experience and created a robust innovation model to build capacity of schools and charter management organizations through formation of Teach to Excel Foundation (T2E). T2E staff meet regularly with T2E board and education/business advisory team to build a PLC as well as address concerns such as funding, staffing, charter school legislation and regulations.
